Proprietary Data Capture Systems
Hardware extensions to the xcPEP platform, built in-house to automate the extraction of engineering data that traditional methods cannot capture at scale.
PCB Component Identification
Custom imaging tools automatically identify and classify every mounted component on a PCB, including ICs, resistors, capacitors, and discrete parts. Each component is matched to the xcPROC database to dynamically auto-fill the electronic BOM inside xcPEP.
Projected Area Capture
Stamped or moulded parts are scanned with a calibrated rig that extracts the component's true projected surface area. This exact geometric footprint drives calculations for press tonnage and coating consumption immediately.
