The Ideal Profile

20+ years of direct manufacturing or industry experience in at least one of our six core verticals
Deep specialization in at least one commodity family (e.g., plastic injection moulding, HPDC, stamping, PCB assembly)
Background working with leading manufacturers or component suppliers in a cost engineering, manufacturing, or procurement capacity
Fluent in reading BOMs, CBS templates, process routings, and technical drawings
