Engineering and Cost Intelligence
Manufacturing process engineering, product design teardowns, should-cost modeling, supplier benchmarking, and raw material analysis. You work across casting, forging, stamping, injection molding, machining, sheet metal, die casting, surface treatment, and assembly. You learn to read engineering drawings, understand GD&T, build parametric cost models, and deliver cost reduction strategies to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics.
AI and Product Engineering
Python, FastAPI, React, Redux, Material UI, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, CI/CD. You build and ship real products. Our stack includes vector databases, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, embedding models, fine-tuned transformers, and computer vision systems. You write production code that processes millions of engineering data points. You work with the same tools and architectures that power products at Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI, applied to manufacturing cost intelligence.

Execute should-cost analysis, build cost models, and manage Cost Lab engagements. The database research team sources and validates supplier pricing, process benchmarks, and raw material indices that power every cost estimate. Principals carry 10 to 15 years of direct industry experience.
Product Development
Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML graduates specializing in full-stack development, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and information security.
Define, build, and maintain the xcPEP and xcPROC software platforms. Frontend, Backend, Data, AI, DevOps, and Security teams ship production features and ensure platform reliability.
